ACT Incorporated was founded in Lexington, Kentucky by
Rodney Worley in 1996. Even in the early days of operation, Rodney envisioned
the need of a specialized CNC Routing and Machining Service/Job Shop to
fulfill the specifications of his clients, while maintaining their bottom
line. Since then, ACT Incorporated has grown to
include both 5 ½' x 12 ½' and 4' x 8' CNC Router Tables as well as Panel
Saws, Paint Booths and a comprehensive line of additional woodworking
equipment. Our specialized CNC Routers have automatic tool changers and
aggregate tooling that allows horizontal boring, drilling, and sawing. With
three controllable axes ACT Inc. can cut 3-dimensional faces in addition to
incised (V carved) and prismatic signs to meet our clients’ requirements. ACT,
Inc. has concentrated its efforts in becoming one of the state's
leading manufactures in store fixtures and MDF doors. With our recently added
state-of-art finishing line, ACT Inc. has the enhanced
ability to design, machine, assemble, finish, package and ship parts, thus
eliminating multiple vendors and fabricators. ACT, Inc. is a
"One Stop Shop". ACT, Inc. has the ability and equipment to
completely manufacture a single component or a complete assembly. Whether you
are looking for a source to assist you to meet a short-term increase or a
long-term production run, ACT, Inc. is simply the best in
meeting your needs. In order for ACT, Inc. to produce your
parts all you need to do is submit a CAD compatible drawing. If you do not
have access to a CAD system, ACT Inc.’s professionally
trained staff has extensive experience in many of today’s most popular CAD
and Sign programs. Our staff can draw your part as you explain what you want,
or they can simply turn your sketch into reality. We can do as much or as
little programming / drawing as you like, our limit is your imagination ACT, Inc. located in beautiful Lexington,
Kentucky has the ability and strategic location to ship our clients’ products
to almost 2/3 of United States population with one, two or three day freight.
